KDL-40EX403 Refresh Internet Content failed while connecting 0

Hello

This TV i bought some years ago but didnt use it, I recently setup.

TV itself works ok - can watch the usual Freeview channels

Connected to internet via wired connection - goes through all three checks as OK

Just updated firmware to Firmware 4.117EUL-0108

Have set TV back to Factory settings since firmware upgrade

Tried Refresh Internet Content but I get :

Configuration failed while connecting.

Please try again later.

Keep getting this error on numerous attempts.

Tried Server Display Settings but get

Servers cannot be recognised.

Please check the connections,

Press OPTIONS key and select "Update List"

Tried Update List, but get same error again.

Have you tried to remove both the router and the TV from the mains for some time?
