Enabling Component Input on Bravia

Hello all.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I’m trying to figure whether the Bravia KD-49XF7596 has an option within the Input settings to select AV2 / Component. Can this be done? I see AV by default but thought I’d be able to change that or enable Component somewhere. I’ve attached an image of a YouTube video which appears to have AV2 enabled on a Bravia. Thanks in advance.

This model has an Analog Composite IN (Yellow, Red and White) and not Component, maybe the MENU is the same for all models and is it for this that the choice is gray...

Hi Marino,

Yes I wasn’t sure but I suspect this model doesn’t have the option. I went to external inputs and could see a couple inputs that were hidden but no AV2 Component. Do you think it’s not possible then and that the only option is AV1 Compisite?

The problem is the lack of the Component Connection...
