Something strange happened today. I registered my amazon prime account withe the amazon app and since then I cannot get BBC one on Chanel 1. I can't get it at all. All the other chanels are fine even BBC1 HD but no BBC West. It is fine on my other bravia. Also the Amazon app is just for movies and TV shows. There is no ITV hub or chanel 4. The only playback apps I have are BBC i player and Chanel 5 along with Amazon and Netflix. Is there a way to get these apps?

I have the same problem. I cannot retain auto channel tuning. I loose BBC1 every time I put TV on standby. BBC HD is okay as are all other channels. TV doesn’t recognise channel one!

If I auto tune it all comes back again but next day BBC one is lost. Help!!
