Ok, so I've added a bunch of channels to my 'Favourites'

How do I access them? Is there a button anywhere that displays just my favourites? I know about 'Discover' but I'd rather just flick through them without the massive ui getting in the way.

Can I set my Prog up/down so that it only goes though my favourites?

I really don't want to see all those sport and shopping channels *EVER*. How do I permanently hide them from 'normal' use?

Hi there

As I have last years (2013) TV, it might be different - but for me, If I add Freeview channels to a Favourites list, I can use the [Prog +/-] button on my remote control, then scroll across using the "right arrow" button on the remote control to my favourites list. All favourite channels are then displayed.
