I have the Bravia KDL46EX724 and the 3d is regularly cutting out while watching sky3d and also while playing 3d games on ps3 - I have 2 pairs of glasses and both sets cut out - I have to switch them off totally and restart them. There is no obstruction between the IR port and the glasses

Any ideas?

Message was edited by: neilbr72

Message was edited by: neilbr72

Hi,

i would be very surprised if this is anything to do with the tv or ps3, or sky for that matter, have you tried a dedicated 3D movie on it yet, also has the ps3 been updated (having said that the problems there with sky is'nt it). i do wonder if its the HDMI cables, these need to be the latest high speed 1.4 varients for use on 3D tv's.

let us know if we missed anything as i cant think of anything else.
