Sony Bravia stop working-responding

When i'm tuning my Bravia on a specific digital channel, the respond is a black screen like no signal (only the channel info appears) and then stop responding to everything exempt from turn off.

After some turn off and turn on i managed to tune in to analog tuner but even the analog tuner was not working properly. The image was very dark with no sound.

Having made some efforts with power on/off, i managed to go back to other channels in normal view.

I have tried to unplug the devic but the problem remained.

The problem is continuous, because one day are all fine and the other the tv crashes.

Has anyone faced the same problem?
Are there any solutions?

Hi,

You may force factory resetting by press and hold the central UP key in remote for 10 sec , meanwhile press POWER BUTTON on TV panel.

Most probably it is a hardware failure which need investigation by Authorized Sony service center

It will be good idea if you tell us your TV model number to share you more opinions
