Hello,

I've installed windows 10 on my laptop and after upgrading my bluetooth stopped working. It's not even appearing in Device Manager. After this I've downgraded back to windows 7 and now it doesn't work on windows 7, same as on windows 10, it's not even appearing in Device Manager. I've tried installing different drivers but it doesn't work.

Btw, I'm 100% sure this laptop has bluetooth, I've used it before.

There are a lot of former Club Vaio users, and they might be able to find a solution for you.
