Z4 tablet speakers operating, with headphones installed.

The speakers on my Z4 tablet is operating, even though I have headphones installed.

I get sound in my headphones, but also from the speakers (though at a lower volume).

I doesn't matter what headphones I'm using, I've tried my Sennheiser's and my Sony headphones. Same result.

And the headphone jack is fully pushed in.

Try refreshing your Smart Connect app:

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> Smart Connect -> Force stop, Unistall updates, Clear data.
- Go to your Play Store and update Smart Connect again.

After you've cleared data for Smart Connect, I suggest that you also restart your Tablet.
