The system is heating too fast, the fans go on full-force when windows starts. DVD's are also playing in steps. Sticking and playing at the same time like a faulty Cd.<BR /><BR />This happens with brand-new dvds as well.<BR />I think it might be a cooling issue, a manufacturer fault.
