Fan noise

Hi

I recently purchased a VGN-FS415M.Immediately some bubbles started appearing on the screen and i got the laptop replaced.
The new one does not seem to be showing that problem,but the fan sounds to be noiser than the old one.It seems to be running most of the time.Is the noise a sign of a defect or is it common among some of sony laptops
Please advice

VAIO laptops have some tendency to heat a bit too much. So it the noice you have could be quite normal. To be sure you could control the temp. of your CPU when fan is too noisie.

Is your Vaio set to adaptive in the Vaio power Options.

To check goto Start > Control panel > Performance and Maintenance > Power Options.

Isn't this the second report of bubbles we've had in the space of 3months? Awful!
