Skype Video Control Screen

The Vaio VGN-FE11M comes with a built in Camera and Skype Software, which is great. Unfortunately the control screen window within Skype does not work on the Vaio (the window is still). This is definetely a video driver probnlem, as it works on other Notebooks I use.

Anyone have the same problem?

Hi, yes got the same problem, Although I have a Vaio FE11S..

A Solution would be great!

Hi and welcome to Club Vaio.

This could possibly be a result of your power management setting. Set the CPU to 'performance' and see whether that makes a difference.

Thanks for your suggestion, unfortunately, no good, my processor is already on 'Performance'...

Sorry, I am now at a loss as what to suggest. I have a feeling that this is a power management problem rather than driver, but I may be proved wrong on this. Some notebooks have an option setting of SPEED and STAMINA, if you have this option try STAMINA.
