Sony FS115S VGN-BPS2 Replacement Battery issue

Hi, i need some help. I have just got myself a replacement battery for my VAIO FS115S... VGN-BPS2. However when i install the battery.the computer picks it up but it doesn't charge, just says it is discharging. I have looked every where for support but no joy. Has anybody any ideas or solutions, it would be a great help

I have found this post Sony Vaio notebook battery problem on another forum which i thought might interest you.

Also if you know anyone with a VGN-S, SZ, FE, FS or FJ, check if the battery charges when in there Vaio.

Thanks for posting, but have already looked at that forum and not much info can be gained from it.

Does anyone know of any battery calibration software?
