I am now unable to use the fn hotkeys :smileysad:. I've tried changing the hotkey settings in the Bios but that didn't work. <BR /><BR />I've read another thread which suggested downloading and installing Sony utilities, sony shared libray and Vaio event service in order to get function keys working. the problem is when i get the follwoing error message as Sony utilities loads 'This machine have not been installed Sony Utilities DLL.
