Slow access to Vaio User Guide - unicode wrapper error

On this new AR41S, opening the desktop icon Vaio User Guide is very slow.

It takes about 15 sec before the My Club Vaio popup appears on the display, then I get an error message:

unicode wrapper not found: unicows.dll

Can I get this file somewhere? where will I copy it?

Hi Niska

You can open the AR41S Vaio user guide from here, Once the user guide has opened in Adobe, click on save and save it to your desktop.

In future click on the user guide icon, you saved to your desktop, when you want to view your user guide, this will allow you to bypass having to start My Club Vaio every time you want to view your user guide..

Your user guide may already be on your machine under C:\Documentation\Documentation\EN\user guide.pdf
