Can you configure it in the Skype -&gt; Tools -&gt; Options -&gt; Video Settings?<BR /><BR />What happens when you run 'Vaio Camera Capture Utility' from the Start Menu?<BR /><BR />Is the Camera installed properly? Look in Control Panel -&gt; Device Manager and expand "Imaging Devices".
