problems to connect internet

today i try to get online using wireless conection, but i couldnt, theres a message that says:
Windows cant configure this wireless connection

If you have activated another program to secure this wireless connection use tht software.

But i didnt get any software to do that!!!!

He talks about wzc an articule 871122 whats that???

Hi tonypi,

We need some more details please.

What model Vaio do you have?
Are you using Vista or XP?
Have you changed the operating system - wireless configuration software is normally pre-installed.
What wireless network are you trying to connect to?
What make and type of Router do you have?
Who is your ISP?
Can you give the exact Error Message about the 'Wireless Zero Configuration'?
KB871122 refers to Service Pack 2 in XP or Windows Tablet 2005: -
