    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi n30vek&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What sort of problems are you having.?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to rest your Bios by following the steps below..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# Start or restart your VAIO.&lt;BR /&gt;# When you see the Sony logo, press F2 repeatedly to enter the BIOS.&lt;BR /&gt;# Once in the BIOS, insert the first recovery CD in the CD-ROM drive.&lt;BR /&gt;# Press F9 to restore the default values (F5 on VAIO desktops).&lt;BR /&gt;# When asked to confirm, press ENTER.&lt;BR /&gt;# Press F10 to save the configuration and exit the BIOS.&lt;BR /&gt;# When asked to confirm, press ENTER again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not sure but did your Vaio come with recovery disc's.?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If so the &lt;A href="http://www.vaio-link.com/tutorials/recovery/recovery.asp?site=voe_en_GB_cons&amp;amp;c=0&amp;amp;s=PCG-FR&amp;amp;m=1390" target="_blank"&gt;THIS GUIDE&lt;/A&gt;  should help you recover your Vaio back to the original OS and pre-installed applications..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Be sure to back-up important data first.. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hello there i was wondering if you could tell me how flash my cmos, if that is possible? or to take the battery out?&lt;BR /&gt;I want to wipe clean the hard drive and cmos to start afresh as im having a few problems.&lt;BR /&gt;Computer is running really slow and i think the kids have downloaded something that keeps the computer busy all the time hense it running really slow.&lt;BR /&gt;I have a PCG-FR315B thank you for your help........&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
