System Restore Problem FZ11M-Can anyone help, when performing a restore

When performing a restore, I get the message that it couldnt do the restore due an unseen problem, the only thing I can see is that when it reboots (which is very slow,13 start up programs running ) my blue tooth light comes on and then goes off when its nearly finished booting up. Could this be the problem or is this natural I have disabled the toshiba blue too stack in the start up program menu along with some adobe stuff but the light still comes on. I downloaded some free antivirus stuff spybot and it wasnt behaving i kept on getting some spybot messages saying I had 7 items that needed to clean them but I had to purchase an upgraded version. So I tried the restore and encountered tha above problem.

Any help would be gratefully received as I am somewhat of a novice,

Hi SIASH

Try using a free Anti sypware app something like Spybot S&D or Ad-aware , both a these programs will scan and clean your Vaio and are totally free...

Also do you have Norton installed, this can cause problems with System restore, see HERE for a solution
