Apparently nothing I could do to fix it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Moral ??  Read the instuctions and DON'T power down whilst updating the bios...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Can I just let you know that I interupted the bios upgrade in the same way as my one year old shut down the system during the bios upgrade in exactly the same way. and recovered my bios by downloading the preinstalled utilities and bios update for my AR31S. Maybe mine wasn't as corrupted, as suggested the cmos was still intergral, but it was a black screener not booting up past the usb hub and I recovered the bios I booted off a bootable CD with the utilities and the bios update converted into an .iso When it comes to Vista miracles are possible and no one can yet claim to know or not know what is possible&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
