    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial; "&gt;Hi paul&lt;BR /&gt;I had the same problem and found this!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Right if you go to&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Start&lt;BR /&gt;All Programs&lt;BR /&gt;Vaio Recovery Tool&lt;BR /&gt;Then Click Vaio Recovery Utilty.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should be faced with three options. Recover C Drive ETC.&lt;BR /&gt;If you click options, you should be able to find something which says recover pre-installed applications. The Recovery Program will close and the data recovery program will open at which point a list will appear and then you can choose the program. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will need the recovery partition to be intact to do this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if this works&lt;BR /&gt;Dave&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have mistakenly managed to erase the software "Click to DVD" from my Sony Vaio Laptop. I have just registered on the forum in the hope that someone may be able to guide me through the process of recovering/re-installing the software, if it is at all possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
