dark spot on screen

I have bought my notbook 10 months ago. I have noticed today that there is one big dark spot on my screen.

Is there any self service solution for this or do i need to send my notbook to service centre??

is the dark spot on your screen a stuck pixel or something bigger.?

I think this is not a stuck pixle but this is a case of screen burn.

Is there any kind of software to remove this??

try lightliy applying pressure onto it, it sometimes directs the liquid flow back into it and might work again, just slight pressure, not too much or it will crack

Hi primal,

I think you may need to open a case with Vaio-Link support ..

You can do this by Phone Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 or via E-Support if you're new to E-support complete the registration process before proceeding..
