I can't install windows sp2 pack and neither MS nor Sony want to know about it.
The installation has been attempted fro Web MS Download Site and from CD but hangs at 'Checking product key'.
The error code is 0x87ff0004. MS do not register the error code on their web database and did not wish to talk tome about it refering me back to Sony.
Sony will not deal with the issue either.
Has any one got any advice that may help - Please
Thanks
