      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It sounds like a glitch has occurred unless you have set a bios password, or a previous owner / user  has set the bios password.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think you should contact Vaio Link but they will of course require proof of purchase / serial number etc from you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
