    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just bought a VGF-AP1L and everything works fine except a big problem of Sonic Stage and Music Transfer not recognising the Pocket when it is attached to the PC.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The PC recognises it at HDD.&lt;BR /&gt;Driver looks fine.&lt;BR /&gt;Latest Firmware installed.&lt;BR /&gt;Pocket works fine on own and when connected says that it is connected to the PC.&lt;BR /&gt;Running Win XP Pro Service Pack 2.&lt;BR /&gt;..but the software says 'no device connected'. Arrgghhh.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas much appreciated, thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You say you've installed the latest firmware update, have you also got the updates for sonicstage/vaio music transfer software.  I just recently bought a new vaio, did the firmware update but not the software update, and had exactly the same problems as you.  Then I realised the other software has to updated as well.  According to the webiste you have to do it in this order Firmware update (which you've done), sonicstage update and finally the vaio music transfer update.  I did all this and it's working fine now.
