      <title>System Restore &amp; Message on Micrsoft Ecel</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am seeking help fro Vaio experts on the following.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried to restore my computer but when my lap top retarts I get message that the Recovery was not successful. I have installed latest Norton protection? I have disaabled various securiy functions but recovery still does t work.&lt;BR /&gt;I am also getting a message on Excel Word when I try to access a internet sddress  I get a message "Micro Excel this peration has been cancelled due to restriction on this computer" and I can not access .&lt;BR /&gt;I hope some on can help. I have a VGN N21M&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Carl,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;try this...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Switch Norton Tamper Protection off then restart your Vaio and press F8  repeatedly to boot into Safe Mode, then use System Restore.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When System Restore restarts windows, press F8 to go into SAFE MODE a second time to hopefully complete the process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
