Keyboard not working

Hi Everyone

I have not long purchased the vaio sony VPCEJ. I have noticed the sound keys on the keyboard don't seem to work, neither does the F1 Key.

Is their something I need to ajust or is it simply faulty.

any advise welcome.

Try to install the latest keyboard driver which can be downloaded from the support tab. Hope this works out for you.

The keyboard uses native windows drivers so nothing will be found on the Support site.

You may need to reinstall some of the utilities. Please let us know your exact model number and we can then point you in the right direction.
