VAIO Update problem - your model information could not be found on the server. Please try again later. (MessageID=0008)

No matter how often I "try again later" I still get the same message when trying to check presence of the latest VAIO Update.

My model is VAIO VGN-AW11S. Would appreciate any help that can be offered to resolve this problem.
