You can remove the camera from Device Manager, shutdown, reboot and let Windows re-install the drivers automatically, but I doubt somehow that this will have any effect.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: " arial=""&gt;If it is only Skype that is giving the problem then try re-installing the software.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: " arial=""&gt;Rich&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My camera just show very dark picture (shadow) e.g. when using with Skype. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions to rectify the problem would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to reinstall the camera software/driver?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks very much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ali&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
