Vaio pockey player update

Hi all ,

I was just getting me some updates , and I saw an update for the pocket player him self ( I think ... ).

It was in a .zip format and it had 2 files : suds.bin and an other map called VAIO_skins.

The update called : FW_update_30

but my problem is ... how do I get those files on my pocket ?
Is it whit some kinda programme or something ?
