My Sony VAIO Duo 11 is not appearing on the official Sony support?

Hello all,

I have just purchased a second hand Sony VAIO Duo 11 and it's showing as some unknown divices in the device manager. When I download the drivers needed they will not install because they say they are not for this model but when I put the model number into the official Sony support website it can not find anything?

The model number on the sticker is: SVD1121Q2EB

Does anyone have any idea why this is not coming up in support, I do need the drivers and not sure where else to get them from.
