Wi-Fi does not work after Windows 10 upgrade

I have tried to upgrade my Vaio SVF1421P2EW to Windows 10 but reverted back to 8.1 as could not connect to the internet. I searched to see if the model is compatible to the upgrade, but the support site is really poor and unclear. I followed the instructions....all seemed to go well, but I have spent hours trying to fix the internet connection problem and in the end gave up. Anyone have any advice? I have upgraded our other 2 laptops (not Vaios) to Windows 10, no problem at all....wondering why Vaio has issues and very little information in support ...except don't upgrade!!

If it is a driver issue, u can try this http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect if you are connected with LAN. For w 8.1 find the driver here https://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/content/cnt-dwnl/SVF1421P2E/list#os3
