i've just checked the capacity of disk and it's ideed a DVD. It doesn't have a folder called utilities. it has a folder called sony , support, I386, documentation, and valueadd.
I don't believe one has to recover the entire system just because of the hotkeys software...Strange, isn't it?

I've just tried the option 'install all' and still hasn't activated my hotkeys. In the folder sony there are only two .EXE files, being one recovery and the other the main software. I suppose Sony forgot to provide in the CD the option to uninstall and install the hotkeys.
Do you know if there is any way i can download hotkeys from sony?

Thanks for your help
