One of the keys on my keyboard is 'iffy' but its not worth sending the laptop back for repair.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are in fact very easy to replace, when you know how.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Completely remove the white bearer from the bottom of the key. Make sure the 2 sections of it are still interlinked, so that it folds flat. Place it in position on the keyboard, by hooking it over on the left hand end and slipping the arms under the loops on the right. (It is impossible to do this the wrong way round.)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you have it in position and sitting flat, simply place the key in position and press down firmly.  It will snap into place.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
