      <title>NOTHING ON THE SCREEN????</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems to be a very common problem and is the result of a design flaw in the vaio models which have the memory slots under a plate on the bottom of the notebook.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is plenty of stories available (google vaio boot problem)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;this worked for me:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.vaioshutdown.com/testing.htm" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.vaioshutdown.com/testing.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once I got it working I sold the vaio and got me a toshiba...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;WarM&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
