Vaio Fx 605 RAM

i want to upgrade the ram on my fx 605.
it can handle up to 512mb, 256mb are built in.

i have not found any information about the number of ram slots.
so i don't know if i can buy another 256mb ram oder have to replace the built in by a 512mb ram, which would be quite expensive

and: does anyone can tell me, which ram is compatible?
the manual sais pc 133 (cl2) sdram so-dimm.
i just found some internet shop which sells pc133 cl3 ?!

btw i live in germany. so i'd prefer to buy somewhere else...

and i still don't know how many memory slots the notebook has 😞
