      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;in this case you should contact Vaio Link via eSupport or via the phone - you are of couse entitled to a set of recovery discs and they will send you a set upon presentation of proof of purchase and for a shipment and administration charge...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise go and complain on PCworld side.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any way should get you your discs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BR&lt;BR /&gt;CU&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go back to the store before you do what CU tells you, they should really give them to you free of charge as it wasn't your fault PC World lost them...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You never know, could be a case of they're in the warehouse waiting for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
