Recovery disk problems ewwwwwwww!!!!

When i bought my GRT815E from PC world i did not recieve a recovery disk. Where can i get one as i want to start from scratch?

in this case you should contact Vaio Link via eSupport or via the phone - you are of couse entitled to a set of recovery discs and they will send you a set upon presentation of proof of purchase and for a shipment and administration charge...

Otherwise go and complain on PCworld side.

Any way should get you your discs.

Go back to the store before you do what CU tells you, they should really give them to you free of charge as it wasn't your fault PC World lost them...

You never know, could be a case of they're in the warehouse waiting for you.
