Its always run a little slow, but I've just deciced to upgrade the memory - so I ran a check to find out what exactly I have already - windows system information tells me I have 256MB, I have a 256MB chip installed - but windows task manager and system properties (from the control pannel) tell me I have only 128MB total physical memory.
