    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;*sighs* looks like eSupport seems to get worse...&lt;BR /&gt;When I used it earlier this yea I had no troubles replying to their case...&lt;BR /&gt;Sounds like their infamous databases are playing up yet again.&lt;BR /&gt;As you have experienced the phones are constantly engaged too...&lt;BR /&gt;Keep trying is all I can advise...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi guys;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone had experience with getting help from Vaio e-support on line?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's been a few days since I sent  them a report for my laptop crash.  Although they 've given me a case number, I cannot find their reply!!!&lt;BR /&gt;Every time I go to "Case Query" and type my case number, a get a message for "unknown case"  !&lt;BR /&gt;I know that cannot be true because there is a case number and I can see the contents of my report in  "Open Cases" but not their reply &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/@8A5BDCECEE2E5AB683F2BDAA500F2036/images/smilies/035.png" alt=":slight_frown:" title=":slight_frown:" /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will be grateful for any advice you have regarding Vio e-support operation as I am still mourning over my dead laptop trying to get help from anywhere I can to avoid unnecessary repair costs!:smileycry: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sabi&lt;BR /&gt;PS: Rob Paxton; thanks for Sony service number.
