K315Z CD DRIVE OPENS ITSELF

hi all, i'm new here but i'm having a problem and i need your help to solve it.
3 weeks ago i bought a vaio k315z.
after 1 week my problem started.whenever i switch on the laptop the cd drive opens itself!
why do you think is happening? apart from this problem it works fine....i tried to uninstall the driver and it actually worked. for a week or so i did not have any problem but now is back again!
whenever i turn on the machine, the cd drive opens itself.
what do you think it could be? a virus? a software problem? a driver problem???
please help!!!!!

It would not surprise me if you have a little virus.

As you may know, you can press Fn + E to open the CD drive.

It may be that you have a recurring problem that loads the Cd open instruction.

Does this happen as the computer starts, or as Windows loads?

Run your anti virus software (update the virus definitions).

If it is found to be a virus, you may need to turn off your "restore points", run the anti virus software and then turn restore points back on.

it opens at the computer startup, not windows.
i think i have noticed another thing. it only opens if the cd drive is emty. if there is a cd loaded, it won't open....
help!!
