    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just replaced my GR414-SP HDD to 40GB, same manufacture, same rpm the new HDD is OK but it is running extremely slow, it reads constantly but terribly slow, reinstalling the system and it taking me 3 hours now what used to be less than 1 hour job.&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone knows what could possibly causing the HDD slowness and lag?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks in advance&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a chance that DMA mode has been disabled.  Have a look in device manager and see if PIO mode is being used.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
