I have a GRT815M which is great but this problem is annoying me. When I loaded a DVD and got the "What Action" Dialog Box I selected EXPLORE and then the PC crashed; from this point on if a DVD is in the drive it crashes the PC, CD's are OK. I have gone to "SAFE MODE" and all is OK except the DVD does not play. and I can explore the disc without crashing. Sony's solution is to carry out a recovery but I should not have to do this surely as I have a large number of programs that would need to be re-installed. <BR /><BR />Is this a non-existent bug maybe.
