      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got an VGN-A195EP. When I shut my computer down, there is still a very high sound comming from the back. You can't nearly hear it, but is is like a sound of streaming electricity. A transformator or something like that. Do you know if it is normal. PS: the sounds stops by removing the battery.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
