got message saying 0008 can any one help

Hi 61967047,

Are you using the original operating system and which version of Vaio Update do you currently have installed – right click the Vaio Update icon in the system tray and select ‘Version Information’.

This may or not be a continuation of the current ‘Vaio Update’ problem as error 0008 would seem to indicated that the program is not functioning as expected.
