      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a PGG-FR415S and wanted to install xp pro.So i run fdisk and formated.I now want to run recovery cd,but i have lost  hidden partition.Is there anyway i can reinstall hidden hd?Any info would be much appreiciated as i want to sell to upgrade thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi and welcome to the forum.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have the recovery CD’s then you can still recover your notebook (look &lt;A href="http://www.vaio-link.com/tutorials/recovery/recovery.asp?l=en&amp;amp;category=-1&amp;amp;serie=-1&amp;amp;m=1468" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; ), but there is no simple way to reinstate the hidden partition if you have formatted the drive. You could try a format recovery utility but the chances are part of this partition are now overwritten.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no files on the hidden partition that are required to use the recovery CD’s. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If using the CD’s in Windows you do need some of the Sony Utilities, in particular the Sony Shared Library.The recovery disks, however, should work from DOS, if not then the disks may be corrupted.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
