Error id 330023 on Click to DVD software

Hi,

I have a Vaio VGN-A217s running XP hoime and click to dvd, v 2.3.

When I try toi burn a DVD it goes through the whole process and when is about 88% complete and in the burning process it crashes and comes up with the above error.

I have also reset the pc to factory setting and upgraded all the software and drivers and its still the same.

Every time it gets to that point it crashes.

I am using an external drive for the source and have well over 100GB free.

Cant find any reference to this aprticular error anywhere!

HELP!

does it only 'crash' in Click to DVD?

Have you tried any other programs to burn with?

Also, I don't know that error code but have you used different brands of disks or is it the same brand that it won't burn?

Hi,

Yes, I have only tried with the Click to DDVD app as it was supplied with the machine.

Have tried a few different disks, DVD RW/R etc. still dont work!

Any other ideas?
