cant connect camcorder to pc

Hi, ive just puchaced a second hand sony hxr-nx70e camcorder and i cant connect it to either my laptop or my pc. Ive followed the manual to the letter but to no avail. I keep getting the message "no suppoerted device is connected". im running on windows 10 64bit. are there any firmware updates i can download or is there a specific driver i need?

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you have downloaded the software from the link in Mick’s post and you still have problems, it may be worth a call to Sony Professional at Basingstoke as this is a Pro model.

I think the number is 01256 355011.
