Hi Abdul and welcome to the Sony Users Community.

Are you shooting still images continuously or are you shooting movies and want to change the frame rate?

For still images, select 'Speed Priority Cont' for higher speed burst shooting. At 7 fps the focus and exposure are fixed.

Video frame rates are set to 50i for AVCHD format and 30 fps for MPEG-4 format. In the USA AVCHD recording is at 60i.

blencogo need ur help or anyone around the world then help me plz

i am after a sony nex 5 RIG with follow focus and square antii-glare hood/mattbox for around £100-£150 or cheap as poss

i live in birmingham uk i would want to pick it up before i buy

any help would be very much appriciated
