Sony ZV-E1 RAW Issue

I am sure this is dumb but need help. I am tethered to capture one and it will not shoot RAW images even though I have RAW selected. I get low res Jpegs instead of a RAW file. It's the ZV-E1 with the 24mm G 2.8 lens. I did see on the menu where I can try and select 12mp but it says I cannot because of apc mode where can I fix this?

I had never experienced the tethering.

But I just know that capture one is going down as direct support by sony. Have you tried Imaging Edge Remote?
