What can you use to send images from a Sony Alpha A77 II to a PC, if you have no wireless LAN router access point?

One can transfer images from a Sony Alpha A77 II SLT (sometimes known as a A77 M2) to a computer via a USB.

One can also 'Send to Computer' by Wii Fi, by entering the Wi Fi systems password, I tried it, it works.
