ZV e10 usb streaming blurry on monitor

I just tried usb streaming with ZV e10 and it will only focus on people/faces. Even if I manually focus, it displays perfectly on the camera screen but on my laptop monitor everything is blurry except faces. What am I missing?

Hello @lukeseall,

which app are you using it with? Zoom/Teams? Maybe you activated a filter which software-wise blurs the background?

Hahaha, not really! But sometimes when connecting to a new software it tends to enable all of it automatically, and you need to adjust the settings and filters manually, especially the back ground and the green screen ones in voice apps like Zoom.
